Movieflix.com have a 1925 POTO version that you can watch for free. Just sign up and look under the 'Horror' section. (I know, I know...the horror section...a bit annoying.) The picture is a bit small and jumpy, and the music is not the original from the film, but I guess we can't look a gift horse in the mouth!
